1. Consulting Services

Thermal Environmental provides building performance testing, energy modelling, life cycle assessment, and sustainability advisory services. The scope of each engagement is defined in our formal project proposals and agreements.

2. Accuracy of Information

We rely on the accuracy and completeness of the architectural, mechanical, and project information provided by clients to conduct our modelling and assessments. Thermal Environmental is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate data provided to us.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all reports, models, methodologies, and intellectual property developed by Thermal Environmental during an engagement remain our property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the intended project purpose.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client project information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose sensitive project designs or performance data to third parties without prior written consent, except where required for regulatory certification (e.g., Green Star submissions).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thermal Environmental's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
